Anna is our Receptionist and Administrator, acting as a warm and professional first point of contact for all our clients. A resident of Ireland sine 2011, she brings a diverse and professional background to our clinic, including a Diploma in Administration and academic studies in Marketing and Management from Poland.

With 17 years of experience in the retail sector, including the last six years as a store manager, her extensive leadership background allows her to manage the front desk with calm efficiency and a client first mindset. This professional expertise is further enhanced by her studies in international nursing and hands-on hospital experience, which have shaped her into a deeply empathetic and supportive for those in our care.

Known for her friendly nature, Anna is dedicated to ensuring every visitor feel welcome and heard. Outside of the clinic, she is a devoted mother who enjoys travelling, watching movies, and Italian cuisine.
