Nicole is a senior speech and language therapist, with a masters qualification from the University of Limerick. Nicole has worked with children and young people who have complex needs on a children’s disability network team for four years.

Nicole engages in neuroaffirmative practice, working with children and young people, and their families, to collaboratively identify their strengths and devise goals to meet their needs. Nicole is passionate about supporting children and young people in a neuroaffirmative manner. Nicole’s everyday practice takes the form of working with a multidisciplinary team in a child and family-centred approach. Nicole is proficient in administering assessments, providing appropriate intervention support, collaborating with families/guardians and schools to ensure children are equipped to achieve their maximum potential.
