Dr Rachel Glennon

Clinical Psychologist

 Dr Rachel Glennon is a Clinical Psychologist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Trinity College Dublin, complemented also by both a Master’s and an undergraduate degree in Psychology. Before completing her doctoral training, Rachel gained experience in Child Primary Care, working also within Early Intervention and School Age teams.

Throughout doctoral training, Rachel worked in diverse settings, including Adult Mental Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health, and Disability Services. This breadth of experience has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the psychological and developmental needs of various communities.

As a graduate member of the Psychosocial Society of Ireland, Rachel adheres to ethical standards and best practice guidelines in her work. She is trained in a range of psychological assessment tools and enjoys working flexibly to adapt assessments to the specific strengths and needs of each client. During this process, Rachel prioritizes creating a comfortable environment for clients, allowing them to showcase their strengths while ultimately aiming to enhance self-understanding.

Rachel looks forward to supporting clients and their families on their journey of self-discovery within the Children’s’ Clinic.
